  1.              Time  Card   Help
  2.  
  3.     This help file will explain what features are
  4.     available and how to use them.  For a more
  5.     complete discussion see the users manual.
  6.  
  7.     Arrow keys move the scroll bar up/down left/
  8.     right, <ENTER> selects and <ESC> will abort.
  9.     Scroll bar lights indicate information beyond
  10.     the visable window.
  11.  
  12. Log In/Out [L,l,F2]:
  13.  
  14.     To log in or log out, press F2 and enter your
  15.     SS#.  You may also log in or out from the
  16.     command line for ex. C:\>card 219566463
  17.     Notice there are no hyphenations.
  18.  
  19. View Log [V,v,F3]:
  20.  
  21.     This gives a report of daily activity for the
  22.     pay period specified.  Pay periods are listed
  23.     chronologically starting with the most recent.
  24.  
  25. Hourly Log [H,h,F4]:
  26.  
  27.     This gives total hours in minute and decimal
  28.     form for all employees with loged hours for the
  29.     specified pay period.
  30.  
  31. Employees  [E,e,F5]:
  32.  
  33.     A listing of employee names and phones numbers.
  34.  
  35. Bulletins  [B,b,F6]:
  36.  
  37.     Bulletins are public messages available to
  38.     anyone with access to the keyboard.  Bulletins
  39.     may only be posted by those with an account.
  40.     When posting and deleting bulletins you will
  41.     be asked for your SS#.  The text editor has
  42.     many features including block operations and
  43.     search and replace.  Press F1 for help.

  45. Mail Box [M,m,F7]:
  46.  
  47.     Mail is a private E-Mail system allowing
  48.     private mail to be sent to other users or the
  49.     System Operator.  You are informed upon login
  50.     of any mail waiting.
  51.
